900 g separated trimmed chicken wings 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour or cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
3 tablespoons Ghost of Beer'i-Beer'i Sauce
In bowl, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat. Arrange on lightly greased 3/4 nonstick foil– or parchment paper–lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven, turning once until crisp and golden, 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool to room temperature. Prepare wings as directed; toss with Ghost sauce just before serving.
